She is a very competent, caring and honest surgeon. She was even willing to have a compounded anesthesia made for me after learning I have had bad reactions to conventional anesthesia.
I was able to get an appointment quickly with the doctor and she made me feel so relaxed and so at ease. I gave her the diagnosis from 2 previous ophthalmologist and I wasn't comfortable with it. Dr K. Winkler was very helpful and gave me a correct diagnosis which put me at ease. There was fatty tissue grown on the white part of my eyeball and I was being told that it was just dry eyes. I was so thankful for her diagnosis and I would recommend anyone who has an issue that they're not comfortable with from any other doctor to see her. She is fantastic.
Friendly and helpful. Was able to find time to surgically remove chalazion from both of my sons eyelids on the same day as our consultation. Today is the day after surgery and he has minimal pain or irritation from the surgery.
